The Nürburgring is a one-way toll road where the normal German traffic law applies. That means that if you are involved in an accident with a third party, you need to have the police assess who’s at fault. If you don’t have any video footage this might prove difficult. If they rule that you are not at fault, you can then proceed to claim back your paid amount to us via the other driver’s insurance.
